P5 - hitter vs pitcher

I just unlocked my first p5, dallas keuchel I remember seeing on here awhile ago that some guys were talking about how much faster pitchers were ranking up so I have some stats for comparison.

Keuchel p5 (all offline stats)

142.2 innings pitched
66 wins
12 loses
2.08 Era
201 strikeouts

For comparison my closest hitter is Albert Pujols
He's p4 and still had 1500 more pxp to get to p5

His offline stats

375 plate appearances
150 hits
114 runs
22 doubles
1 triple
83 homeruns
147 rbis
1.584 oops
1.165 slugging

His online stats

20 playe appearances
8 hits
3 homeruns
10 rbis
.900 slug
1.300 ops

I think hitters need to be earning more pxp.

Thoughts?

It depends on the game mode, and I doubt they are going to make pxp that granular. The pitchers have to go faster because if you're playing online or in mini seasons they lost stamina and can only pitch every 3 or 4 games. But if you're doing conquest or exhibition you can use the same starter every game and the pxp adds up quick.

In anything but conquest and vs. CPU you have to wait 4 games to pitch them again. It's really about the same amount of time for both if you don't spam a pitcher in conquest. I think it's probably fine where it is but I would rather them give you a few less PXP for an inning pitched. Since the only gameplay advantage coming from parallels being if they jump up a fielding tier, it's more meant as a badge of honor than something anyone should worry about

It is what it is. I just like stats. If they don't change a thing I'm still happy as far as pxp goes.

You are correct i pitched keuchel the entire usa map 1.5 times. He is one of my all time favorite players
