Inventory Back

Has anybody had any luck with SDS returning missing items?
I pulled a Gerrit Cole LS and was able to use it once then it vanished from my inventory.
Put in multiple tix, just wondering if anybody had any luck or anything like this happen to them

No offense but when someone puts in multiple tickets for the SAME issue; because SDS hasn't replied back in what they think is a fast enough time, is why they are backlogged.

I know it sucks. But they'll eventually get to it.
