Servor Error removed stubs and players that were purchased

I had multiple buy orders in the system and a server error occurred and they all were gone but the stubs were not reimbursed. I also had some buy orders go through and it shows the purchase orders went through in transaction history, but the players are not in my collection. This just happened.
Where can I submit a ticket for a reimbursement of the lost stubs and cards? I can include pictures.

I had the exact same issue. Bought a 50 pack, headliners, and multiple other packs. Opened the chase pack, got Pujols, and then server crashed and when I got back in I had 38k stubs in my account, and none of the packs were available in my account to open. I also have pictures. I want that Pujols and my 100k stubs back.

Happened to me twice again. First 30k stubs now 18k stubs for [censored] sake

[censored] and I thought I got screwed over for doing moments and showdown when the server errors happened
