TA cards are sellable? Why?
-
Is anyone else a little disappointed that we can buy and sell the faces of the franchise? I feel like you should have to grind them out.
-
Some people don't have time to grind and you can get stubs for LS collection for it. Win/win imo
-
You can’t get all 30 without buying some off the market? I think so not sure.

How can you grind for all 30? You only get 12 through the program.

Not true, you can only grind for 12. The other 18 you have to buy..
This is basically a much smaller version of last year's game without Team Affinity. And no this is not Team Affinity. It's an innings program with less to do.
-
All cards in the game should be sellable until you lock them into a collection.

No I think the idea of grind has changed, completing a program like TA especially TA3 isn't a grind its pretty simple.
But grinding this game and having to actually play it to get a great team takes time and effort so yeah you can't earn all 30 but you can still grind for all 30.
I do love all the tears from the NMS crowd the tears taste so good

Hahaha, at least you enjoy the pain :).
I think I'm in my own pod of complainers. I'm not worried about having to work harder to get cards. I'm still pretty new to this game and I'm also reacting to the reactions and seeing players who normally don't freak out, do exactly that.
I am a content h00000, cards are great. But give me missions and programs and reward paths and grindable content. I play 1 video game and am looking for a reason to ignore the world a little longer. When I see 8 rewards path reduced to 1, I freak out. But, time shall tell.

What difference does it make how many free cards there are, as long as there's enough to field a good team? Like why is grinding out crappy moments and missions fun? Just grind conquest and mini seasons and sell everything. You'll still earn enough good cards and have enough stubs to buy whatever you need.

Again...I don't care about the amount of cards. I want content. There is only 1 program which I'll have finished in a few days. Either you were responding to somebody else or didn't read my message which clearly states I am a content fiend. Yes, I like cards but I need content to keep me busy. I'm also conceding that I don't know what this year will bring but so far, the content looks severely reduced.
Amd when you say, as long as you can field a good team...that's for online players. Offline players like to switch up their rosters, do team builds, switch up how we construct our teams. I didn't P5 anyone from 21 until 2 weeks ago because I get bored playing with 1 team.

Other than cards I don't know what you mean by content?? Team affinity was just a bunch of dopey moments, awful showdown, and then player missions that you had to do in OTHER modes. So you'd be playing conquest or mini seasons anyways just trying to get 7 hits with this guy and 3 XBH with that guy, etc. You didn't lose any game modes, in fact you gained a huge one in mini seasons.
I thought TA was just tedious. I'm perfectly happy to grind conquest and mini seasons for the repeatable awards, sell everything outside stuff I need for collections, and use the stubs to buy what I want. And I'm sure there will be Topps Now programs and Monthly programs and All Star stuff, etc etc. And we're getting new mini seasons with new rewards and there will be new conquests as well.

I appreciate this hahaha, I really do want this all to be great. I pretty much was the SDS cheerleader all season in 21 but like I said, I started in May, after all the server issues, and by then, the game was loaded with content. There were like 15 conquest maps and 2 seasons of Team Affinity.
By content, I mean program reward paths, conquests, player programs. Team Affinity essentially was 6 large rewards path sthat you needed to complete. Some people find it tedious to put certain players in their lineup, complete missions and moments etc., but I enjoy the team building and stat building aspect of this game.
For all of Team Affinity, I literally skipped every moment and exchange and just played games. It was fun building and evolving 6 rosters (1 for each division). Without Team Affinity, there are 3 less conquest maps each time, so 15 large conquest maps. 6 rewards paths, and yes I do like the rewards but as a completionist, it's nice to have an actual goal completed when you play games.
Honestly, I hope to laugh this off in a few days.
