I can't play online since the PS5 update this morning

When I try to play RS or Events the icon in the corner just spins and eventually it tells me that I can't connect to the server in the time limit and that I need to purchase Playstation Plus to use this feature.

Anybody else?

They are doing server maintenance. I have absolutely no clue why but thats your problem

I can't play any online game. It's not just The Show

My subscription is still good. Looks like the PS5 update did this. Nobody can play online right now.

I have the same problem. Tried all sorts of things but finally saw many posts on Twitter saying it was the software update's fault. I was concerned because my PS Plus renewal was yesterday!
