    Usual DD Timeline
    April-May: Good, having fun
June-August: You start seeing the same teams but the game is still playable
    September-October: Starting to get boring
October-April: No new content, really boring

Can we have something new to change up this year's DD?

I stopped playing around August-September (the earliest I ever have) because it was so repetitive.

They had new content this last year all the way into January. The world series program which was huge was dropped at the beginning of Nov. TA5 which was a massive program was released mid November, the 9th inning was December with a secret Buster Posey program and then the 10th inning was January. They had several conquest maps throughout the winter as well. I do agree, it kind of stopped abruptly in January but it definitely went far longer than October.

I admit I don't play many video games but how many add large chunks of content like a TA5 program throughout the year every year and then release a new game every year. I know you can only really compare a sports game to another sports game. How does the content in Madden, 2K, FIFA etc compare?

I agree with you, We are lucky with the content we get each year but gameplay wise it starts to get boring after a while. At the start of the game you are going against teams that are very different from yours and that slowly starts to fade away as the more content gets released. It just gets boring going against the same cards all the time.

That makes sense. I didn't start playing online until very late in the year and while there was a lot of card diversity this year, outlier and the 125 H/9 and sinkers/cutters made it so you see a lot of the same pitchers. I really enjoy BR because you have to mix up who you draft and you see lots of different combos. If anything, I think there should be more mid cards and not as many 99s though I do love the 99s. But they were so bit insane this year.

Also, I love conquest but they get a bit repetitive. Maybe mix the rules up or add some layers to it. I'd say more variation on Offline play.
