New glitch/bug on exchanges

Went to do my daily exchange and there was a weird box around a circle on the zero (part of the how many do you want to exchange pad). I couldn’t move my cursor off the zero, it was stuck. I went to the exchange bronze to silvers area and it was the same their too. Haven’t had a problem all year.
