Challenge failed error, i finally fixed it

So after weeks of emails and bug reports and then telling me “it’s your internet” and brushing me off and ignoring me. I finally fixed the error and i’m able to play online, no thanks to “chuck” on their supposed support team.

What was it?

Not sure, but a full initialization of the PS4 (that took 26 hours) did the job.
