Really disappointed. His wing is so late. Takes forever to get the head of the bat in to the strike zone.

I don’t know what they have against him. Lol but his swing his stats and his arm should be better. I threw one into the outfield and a run scored. Lol

Bagwell, Mays and Bench all have a swing that is not conducive to turning on and hitting the inside pitch. Mike Schmidt could be thrown in there too. All HOFers that don't play like it in this game.

Right! They all have similar closed stances, but so does Giancarlo Stanton and his swing is fine.

Yeah I don't know what it is about those stances. 99 George Foster has a closed stance and his card mashes this year.

Mike Schmidt murders the ball for me. Same with Mays but I do agree with you guys on Bench and so far Bagwell.

I hit good with Mays and Schmidt also but the pitch must be away for me. Whenever you play online with these guys, you see nothing but high inside heat because it is well known its hard to turn with these guys. If you have a secret on how you hit so well with these guys, do you mind sharing?

My secret is that I don't use them online hahaha. No, you're totally right. Offline, is a much different animal and I have no trouble with the old timers closed stances. But online I'm sure I'd be stumped .
