Anyone know how to fix the issue where cards are not increasing in PXP?

I had this happen early in the year. I was working on leveling Griffey up and noticed he hasn't been going up in PXP. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Didn't know there needed to be 8 AB's against the PC for stats to count.

Yep, needs to be 8 AB regardless of what mode you are in

Post game.xp rewards screen hit button to switch categories.

Either the 1st or 2nd screen after the box score and player highlights.
