Will they change the cards in this ? I know last year they did but it’s getting late in the year

I'm waiting to see if some of the cards we have had to wait for are released as the second wave. I am building up RIB packs in hopes that happens.

Won't matter. Once you earn a pack; it's locked into your pack inventory at the cards that are available as you earned it.
If they do release other players; you won't be able to pick one until you earn a pack AFTER they're updated.

It doesn’t seem like it; however, there are players that we still didn’t get where RIB would be a good way to release them.

You sure on that? I thought last year some people had packs that they opened once the new cards were inserted, that contained the new cards? Maybe I'm remembering it wrong...
