Can a CAP earn say dead eye or homebody or the quirk that plays better at night/day?

In theory I think it could based if you played enogh equal amount of day games & night games for the stats to give a proper statistic with if that players produces more within night games or day games to then be awarded that specific perk. But I have no idea how many night & days games are needed to be played. Can be 100 of each or 250 of each. Or may be based solely on total "at bats". But yes I do think that Night or Day perk could be earned in time.
