More cards incoming?

With the release of Griffey I’ve noticed that a lot of the cards are no longer available to earn , and none are really being sold with some golds even having 25k orders in.
Do you think they’ll release more of these lower collection cards ? Or re-release some of them to make the Griffey Jr more attainable or no?

Most of those cards are from previous innings. They were the henchmen packs.
From what I've heard; last year the last Inning Program of the game was an inning where it had all the previous inning's bosses and henchmen packs in the reward path.
I'm assuming they do that again this year. Whether it's the 10th inning that drops on Dec 10th or if they decide to have one more after the 10tj of Dec is anyone's guess.
You could wait to see if/when they release them; but that means until a lot of people that already have them start getting them again and drive down the price, it may take you awhile to get Griffey Jr.
Unless I pony up some stubs; I don't expect to get him until the end of Dec the earliest as I'm in the same boat as you.
