I feel your pain. I ended up buying cards and doing the exchange to finish and get Torres. I had a decent night on the market yesterday so I blew what I made to get him

I've failed that mission plenty, the first one that is. You're good enough to knock the rest out, but definitely irritating losing that one right off the bat.
