A few general questions

With XP Reward Path being gone what really is the point of XP? Does the XP you earn each game go towards a program or somewhere else?
-
Can someone explain parallel upgrades? I get that I have to perform well with my players and earn enough points for an upgrade, but then is it an automatic upgrade to the card or do I have to do something?
-
On my CAP, I see that he is gaining progress in the painter program. But where in the world do I find that program and all the missions I have to complete to upgrade my CAP?
That's it for now but I'm sure I'll have more lol

Xp is how you progress in innings programs. You get points towards parallels just by playing with them, you can see how points are accumulated by going into that area when you view the card in the menu.

For question 3, click square when you are on your CAP’s main archetype. It will give you your mission for DD or RTTS.

Awesome! Thanks man. Follow up question, can I change my position from SP to RP?

That I don’t know. I’m not sure if you have to change him in RTTS or something like that. I have not used a pitcher, sorry man. I hope someone will chime in and help. Good luck with everything.

I'll give that a try on the parallels. As far as XP goes, if there isn't an inning program running, where does XP go? Sorry. Just trying to figure it out

There is always an Inning Program running. But if you happen to get to 650K in XP for that inning, any XP earned after that (as long as the current inning is still Live) doesn't add to the total or can't be saved for the next Inning.
Ex: I hit 650K about 3-4 days ago.
Any XP I earn now, while showing I'm getting it, is just lost in the abyss.

Not sure what you mean about the XP reward path being gone. I didn't play last year so I'm unfamiliar with how it was.
We are currently in the 8th inning. Each inning has a 650xp reward path, with all kinds of rewards as you progress. Once you hit 650xp, you are done for the inning and anything you earn before the next Inning program starts is useless.
