And the first Evo packs gives you a choice of 2 of the 13 expired players; does that mean you can't get any of the other 11 players?

Pretty much that's the sad unfortunate situation for those that came into 21 late. They missed out on playing Daily Moments every month ongoing to earn those Evo Packs every month.
I'm in that same boat myself. Began doing 21 just a lil more then a month ago. Just barely to have enough time to complete 7th Inning Program. But there will be several Player Evolution Programs I will NOT be able to complete because they will not be enough Evo Packs left to earn to get every card I need for these Programs. I need to pick which 1's matter most to me to complete with what is left.

Yeah. I'm only short a few. But short on ones that would help me not have to buy anything for collections.
