MLB the show 20 Thank you

First, I want to say thank you to the individuals who create this amazing game. I haven't logged onto this site in a while til now, and all I've read so far is a bunch of people who play the game don't seem very grateful for what they have. Especially now when so much of our lives have been taken away due to this global crisis.
I really enjoy this years game. I'm playing with the Tigers in franchise mode (my favorite mode of all time). I play one game a day. Because I play one game a day I really get into it. I try to work the count, be selective and at times the umpire calls a strike when it's clearly a ball, and a ball when it's clearly a strike (kinda seems realistic to me). And yet I hear people complain about the home plate umpire making bad calls. Seriously? Step back and truly look at far baseball gaming has come, look at the amazing graphics, the stadiums the sounds you hear. The lady softly chanting Cabreras' name while he is at bat.
This game is unreal. These people work hard to please you fans and every year I hear more negative comments than positive. It's a game, it could be way worse. Why wait for some "official" rosters, just play it's a game it will never be %100 realistic like how you want. Too much analysis becomes paralysis.
One other thing, my first game of my Tigers franchise I threw a perfect game with Boyd (11 strikes outs) on dynamic all star difficultly to start because we are able to choose before starting the game for the first time out the box. I struck out the first batter of the 9th inning and Boyd flew off the mound swinging his fist with passion. That little animation, Boyd showing passion and Understanding the situation...really felt like it meant something. Those little things make a game fun. Anyways, thank you for reading this and hope everyone appreciates a little more, complain a little less and have fun. What's kind of funny, I complained about people complaining. Lol
Thank you, to all the people who made MLB the Show 20. You guys/girls did an amazing job.

Yep. Franchise mode is great. I agree. Most people on here probably agree as well. ONLINE modes are what everyone is complaining about.

Seriously, I'm having a blast with this game. I'm using Mike Lowe's sliders and it really is perfect at the moment. Offline games are amazing. I have noticed more errors, mostly booted ground balls, but that happens sometimes irl. I'm pumped about this game so far. Good post.

I am just really grateful to have something like this game to take my mind off what's going on in the world and help forget the fact that I've been self-isolated for 3 weeks now. Even when I'm aggravated, at least I'm not getting aggravated about real-life horror. It has really helped.

I totally agree with the OP, this year's game is awesome. I totally enjoy playing a full season every year...and same as OP I try and play a game every day to sorta keep it realistic and I do Broadcast so games are like 90 mins to 2 hours and I try to mimic Real life baseball trades. Its just really annoying that in the other forum sections like DD and General Discussions there are so many complaining little casuals and noobs arguing about getting their precious little Cards and complaining about the Fielding being broken and pitch speeds being too fast. Its very annoying, I mean they just have to practice....they seem to want instant gratification with no work put it....they prefer baseball scores to be football scores and expect eveyr Perfect/Perfect hits to be 500 feet bombs. These kinda people should really go get RBI baseball, that would satisfy their nooby expectations.

i feel the same but I do think franchise players like you should be posting more in this franchise forum with tips/tricks and interesting ideas for offline play
