RH1N046 on xbox is intentionally freezing matches to get wins. Anyone who plays him needs to report it. He is currently in a freeze off with me that he intentionally started.

Dude you may want to edit your original post, you can get banned for name drops like this. Just report the player and move on, they will investigate and take care of it. Naming and shaming on the forums is not allowed.
