This release is border line better business bureau material

I know this sounds crazy but the better business bureau imo should be involved with this company.
They said they were releasing a product they KNEW they weren’t releasing. And they did this to attract the hardcore crowd. They even left the game mechanics on so that people would spend money on stubs in excitement for the game play. And then removed them for the release of the game to the public to appease the casuals.
This is a deficiency in the company's marketplace performance with regard to the services or products at the business provided or allegedly agreed to provide.
It’s messed up.

Ahh the old “we should start a class action suit” Bs. We are all just as frustrated with this game as you are but you realized what you call “casuals” make up 90+% of this games playerbase? Ive accepted that its gonna be the same $hit every year and there is nothing we are going to do about it. Either you gotta accept it too, or leave. The only way to send a message is for people to stop playing. Plain and simple

No not a class action suit. The Bbb is different then a class action suit. It’s a completely different concept.
a company is not allowed to tell us that a product will do A with the sole intention of us to buy it and then have it do B
This is clearly what happened here because they released the game A and then put it back to B later. So hey never had the intentions of doing what they said they would.
A class action law suit would be if they did something illegal. They didn’t do anything illegal. But they did bad business.

Did you agree to the terms of use when you started the game?
