**I never started MLBTS after it's launch date. This year I did not get 21 yet because I was hoping to get a PS5. Finally got it. So before I buy Show21 which is currently 25% off. My Q is this .....

Are the inning programs (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc) are retro active? Are all the missions within still playable with it's rewards & prizes. Or are they now void?

Meaning lets say a common mission in every program is "win 10 games online" and we are up to the 9th inning program or extra innings programs. if I come in now & "win 10 online games" .... would I get credit for those 10 wins in every previous program (1st thru 9th) that required that?**

No previous innings are active. Any stat missions for online wins, for example, are only for the current (7th) inning. Only way to get the cards from the 1st through 6th inning will be to buy off the marketplace for now - and maybe there will be rewind inning reward packs in the 11th inning (I think that's when they did it) like last year.

I'd assume they would do it that way this year too. Kinda gave us the shaft for not allowing any part of the previous programs to be completed after it ended this year. They took steps to ensure more people would buy stubs so they could buy the cards off the market if they really wanted them.

That's a BIG TIME BUMMER. Just knowing that makes me NOT want to buy Show21 this year to start from it so late in. I might as well better wait until Show22 is released next year. Seems it's NOT worth buying now to start it. I will be so far behind everyone else trying to build my DD God Squad & will have to do 4x the grind flipping cards to earn all the stubs needed to buy my DD God Squad.

Do the T4 affinity program and you will have a very good team to start with...

You can still do most of the CQ maps, and all the TA, and TA is better this year than last year, All the player programs are sill available to complete as well. Trout is down to or less than 100k so the live series collection should not take long to do, I did it for my son in 2 weeks and that was still playing on two accounts so I really did it in about 4 days.

I will add that the collection program will be hard to do, you will need to buy most the cards off the market, Those were Rivera, Betts, Kershaw the 42 collection was Robinson those cards are going for around 10k for the legends. The flashback 42 you get from TA1.

If you spent 2 weeks grinding, you would have a god squad for free and enough stubs to buy whoever you want. The Conquest maps and Team Affinity 1-4 alone would prob do it. You're coming in at the best tine honestly. You have a chance to get Aaron for free and you didn't miss any good bosses from 1-6. Believe me

I started late and can field a competitive team with all the FREE cards you get from TAs.

Also the main thing you'll miss is the inning.bosses; but most of them are not going to make you're current lineup.

Yes, you may need them for the big collections, but with everything else they release; you should be fine

Plus, u would assume that they may have something at the end of the season, to keep people playing, where they'll re-release past inning bosses.

Maybe that's what will be in the RIB Program.

The Topps Now cards could fill your lineup, or least supplement it.

RIB will be new cards ranging from 95-99. Nothing earth shattering but good for team builds. I suspect for the 10th inning SDS will release all the inning henchmen and bosses.

If you love baseball, it’s never too late! You can get great cards and rewards by doin TA and conquest. Plus completing missions from previous TA’s give you 2x as many points (you can grind them all out at once too by just playing). They give you a great amount of stubs and rewards for each inning program too. Live Series cards are cheap too. Just buy it man!

TA 4 cards are better than any boss or collection reward (almost).

Team Affinity ruined it for those who grind, you're smart to wait until now. Minimal work for the same team everyone else has.

I just bought Show21 last night & literally broke night. I didnt sleep yet. I'm at my job now. But I was very surprised seeing how easy it is to get GOOD cards. I did TA's level 4's & already unlocked SS Sheffield & SS Pudge.

***** THANKS FOR ALL THE FEEDBACK YOU GUYS ALL GAVE ME *** Everything you all told me is what had me go ahead & get Show21 last night.**

Honestly very few of the cards are must have and every position has multiple free or cheap top tier cards. The choice is always yours but if you have the option to get it and have the itch to play you really won't be too far behind.
