I lost my entire team

I had a team of all 90+ diamonds, I was one card away from getting Mariano Rivera, and when I come home from school, poof, it was all gone. It made me reset to the opening tutorial, and my best player was a 77 overall Austin Meadows. I am beyond angry because I loved this game, and played it almost every day. Is there anyway I can get my account back?
