Monitor settings for Ben Q RL2455S

There has to be something I can do to see the ball better.
If you have this one what are your settings?

What do you use now? I feel like FPS mode and black equalizer specifically create glare and ghosting, so I just use standard mode and adjust the brightness somewhat to my liking.

I stay away from FPS.

What, is that all? You don't have Standard, Movie, Fighting and so on? I don't have the exact same monitor as you do, but I have the 2755 which is the exact same panel just a bit larger.

That's all the options I have.
In that case just use gamer 1 and turn Black Equalizer all the way down to 0. Then adjust your brightness to somewhere in between 50-70 based on how bright your room is, might even go lower if the room is really dark. That's about it.
