It was the extreme moments that were easy for me last year LOL. I lost count, but know the attempts were in the 400's before I actually beat it. All because of Nate Pearson who was this years Degrom...and he was only a prospect.

Definitely the opposite experience for me. I beat the showdown in like 3 tries, but it probably took me close to 400 tries on the Yelich moment alone

So tired of wasting an hour for you to rig the final boss challenge anyways.
3x drag bunts attempted with the legend bunt cheese perk. All fail. Either too far, popped up in the air, or the pitcher snags it.
3x base hits immediately followed by double play balls. Two rockets snagged going down the first base line.
Multiple good good power swings ran down in the gap, caught at the wall, or routine fly outs.
The list goes on and on with this garbage mode. An hour to lose by one run like always.
Just eliminate this mode and the garbage sliders that come along with it.
Try not playing it and quit whining if its too hard move on try playing vs the CPU on rookie that might satisfy you.

I did the Yelich moment on the first 3 ABs (maybe the first 3 pitches?), but the Gehrig moment took me forever. It's funny how things are a different experience for each person.

It's one of my favorite modes. I find it exciting and fun. Just because you don't like it doesn't mean they should take it out.

Showdown was much more difficult last year which made me hesitant to play it this year, but I actually enjoy it. Taking pitches is important for the final boss, you'd be surprised how many times you get walked.

There's no reason for them to get rid of it. Just dont play it. I havent played a single showdown this game and i still have all TAs at 100.

This game is garbage overall. Don’t pretend it’s not.
It's not. You have an all-star badge as your profile. So probably just not the best at the game is all..

what showdown do you even need to do at this point? I do some of them once if they have a high xp reward.. other than that, whats the point?
