Just used 99 Ryan on HOF...

    he's pretty deadly but he's also a sweat to use if you are using anything other than pinpoint IMO.

    I struggled to work the black even with the FB using analog. Opponent had 1 hit and nothing that was truly threatening but I feel like I was getting lucky that that regard. Had to really rely on the FB.

    Using analog it seems that I generally struggle pitching on the black with low control pitchers and Ryan was no different here.

    Anyway, there's a small review for anyone considering picking him up.

    I always feel the same about Nolan Ryan cards; you either shut your opponent down completely if they cant hit the fastball well, or you're gonna get lit up in 3 innings or less whenever your opponent is an above average fastball hitter.
