Can we please get an in depth online franchise for next year's release. This custom league stuff is too flat. Not being able to build a team and improve your team by your own play is frustrating. I shouldn't be playing good with a team/player and then get said players rating dropped because he's struggling in REAL LIFE
I used to be able to fill a 30 team franchise and play for 5 seasons a release in a 40 game season. Now I can only fill up to 20 people at the most because lower rated teams don't have prospects to progress manually.
Please THE SHOW DEVS make this happen next year.
The offline franchise mode is GREAT!! If you could even just give us half of what that mode provides it would be highly appreciated.

Create all 30 teams with you player inventory. What human does not control CPU will.Create the roster quit rejoin as another . All you need is a commisioner stand in . Of course there are limits to whhat can be done as far as injuries minor league [censored] etc. But you will have a handful competing against 29 other either CPU or human controlled custom teams full of DD players.When you quit a league the roster you created stays behind. CPU teams more reliable and less cheesy anyway.Done several leagues this way. It aint easy way to play but it can work.
