TA3 Realmuto Broken?

I'm playing an online match and this guy attempts to steal home twice while bunting. He misses the bunt both times and Realmuto doesn't move to tag the runner. I try to throw to third but he takes several seconds to throw so by the time the throw gets to third the runner has already turned back and scored. I'm up 3-2 rn in the 6th. Has this happened to anybody else? It's no big deal as I could just use another card after this game ends.

Yeah, it’s not a Realmuto issue, it’s a game issue. Unfortunately, people know there are tremendous exploits at home plate and take advantage of that. But, there are a few things you can try to do to hopefully avoid the issues in the future:
- for some reason, when catcher has the ball and there’s a play to made at the plate, you have to hit X (or whatever button you use for throws to home). This typically initiates the catcher to now make a play at home and should have him try to tag.
- barring hitting X, the only other tip I would give is to just run towards the runner with the catcher. Don’t throw to third or home or any other base, just force the runner back to third. It’ll be 50/50 on whether they get back safe since most people will assume you’re going to make the throw and attempt to run to home where you’ll tag them as they run into you.
