Accidentally replaced my fastball and want to change it back

I was doing some training in the bullpen when I accidentally replaced my players fastball with a sinker. I have no idea how to change it back to a fastball and I’m very frustrated. Please help me. Thank you for your time.

You just have to wait it out I did the same thing just keep checking the Bullpen to change it back, I changed to a running FB because IRL my 4-seem has a lot of arm side run to it I realized after that I lost about 4-5 MPH off the velo and eventually after checking every bullpen training session I got it back
