Team Affinity 3 is Broken

When I start them now it either has crazy numbers all over the screen and then starts me witha random team against my own DD team
Or it says the opponent has an invalid roster
This has ruined 5 or 6 of my perfect 5-5 showdowns now
please assist

I usually quit the game via the dashboard and restart my Xbox when I run into issues like this. Has always cleared them out in the past.
