Error in transfer from xbox series x to PS5

I'm trying to transfer my team/data from my xbox to my ps5. I login to the theshow account and can see my theshow account linked to xbox. When I try to link it to PS5, it says "An error occurred while trying to link. Platforms exclusivity!"
Can someone please help me understand what I am doing wrong or what I can do?

I got the same error. My accounts were linked before and I unlinked and tried relinking them but I’m getting this error.

Same thing happened to me now I can’t even get back into my the show account and I lost everything
