To be honest I think Ramone couldn't care less. He knows what's up and he probably agrees with the community, but he's a professional and he can't change the issues because he's not a developer. I wouldn't be surprised if these guys joke about all this stuff non stop behind the scenes.

I could totally see how they become running jokes inside their offices. I can’t see how it would be good to have a guy like Flores mocking it on one of their streams even if they joke about it. I don’t know Ramone’s title, but I assume he’s part of a marketing team. It can’t be good marketing to have a guest on their own stream mocking issues.
Going out on a limb here, but it also doesn’t seem like Ramone takes criticism too well. Remember the video a few years back where they were mocking the complaints of the community. Anyway, his face didn’t look like someone that wasn’t bothered by it.
