One player on two teams

I did a March to October and carried that into a franchise. I signed Trevor Story, Brad Hand, and Andrew Chafin in FA. However, all 3 of those players are also on the Rockies and Cubs respectively. Does anyone else have this problem?

Are they getting double the stats to?

I've never carried over a mto to franchise. But I have came across a glitch where if you sign a player during free agency while in player search, that there will end up a duplicate of that player on another team. When that happens that player ends up having his stats from both teams count
