Altuve has 60 fielding and devers has 55 so that can't possibly be it.

Altuve has a buzzer under his jersey that tips him to what pitch is coming. Devers probably doesn't.

I've got that one figured out..Bryant was caught with the raters woman on the last West-Coast trip. Nothing else would even explain that train wreck of a decision.
