Has there been any mention of how many seasons there will be? Last year it came in 4 phases but with season 2 being released at the end of inning 2 this year it makes me think we could get double that this year.

I think we just get like 5 at most. More than likely just 4 again. Following the same format as the first 2 seasons, if there were double the seasons as last year than you are looking at 480 cards through team affinity. There isn't even enough future stars you can make up to get to that number of cards just through TA

I could see the 4th using individual teams to get players through the winter up to the next iteration of the game; maybe. Or they make it twice as long with 2 high diamonds per team

    I think 5,

The mention in the pre release content stream that "their where 4 stages last year and this year we are calling them season, how many will there be we do know that yet". I think the fact pointing out how many where last year and that they had a name change at least say we get more then last year.

I would be fine if one season was just loot to grind towards as a filler. Season 3 just being about grind for some of the already release choice packs would really help settle the market down.

I think 5 is likely, but not guaranteed. They said the same thing for inning programs before 20 and there ended up being the same number of them as 19 anyway lol

Considering we already have some 96 overall cards in stage 2, I can't see them having 5 stages. The next batch will be 97 and 98's and stage 4 will probably be 99 overall Finest cards again.

They did say that there would be 12 innings but stop at 11.

That said they made that statement pre work from home so there likely was a plan for an inning that revolved around my guess the all Star game and had to get scrapped for obvious reason.

I guess we'll see if these inning programs continue to be 27-30 days long they are gonna need 10 seasons to fill the void lol

I think stage three will be the inverse teams that got legends will get futures stars and teams that got future stars will get legends, it’s smart to do because it keeps both sides happy.

I feel like we should get the all time worst players for the teams. With crappy attributes and missions that require lots of cumulative stats. Or we get a new card type called over the hill. Legends in their bleakest twilight. Now that’s a great TA idea
