Can’t connect to servers

I have been trying to log into diamond dynasty and every time it says I am unable to connect to the servers, I have tested my WiFi, tried other games and restarted my PlayStation and nothing has helped. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I'm dealing with the same thing on xbox. the game crashes the minute it tries to connect to the servers

Just started having this problem today. It has something to do with my network. I connect on my hotspot and it connects but when I use my main network I get an error. Support told me it has something to do with opening the ports on my router. It only works for 1 specific one but only to log in. I can't play online because I get a network error. I am on wifi and only had this problem today after SDS did the server maintenance. I do not want to run ethernet cable from my living room to my room. never had any issues playing online till today.
