I did ALL the exchanges buying 72s.
You need 300 to complete all 4 per Division. But if you just want to do the final one (IV) it would be 150 72s and about 3 63s

I used 76’s cost about 16k each division

72-74 ovr are definitely the cheapest way. Use filter and just set to 79 ovr and under. You can get good deals for the silvers too

What I did was put in 100 buy orders of every 72-74 for 25 stubs before bed, albeit it took like an hour to do that, but I got all the exchanges done very cheap, and I ended up with like hundreds of extra's which are selling from 110-160 each, its a huge boom if you take the time.

If you dont have the stubs you can go to the usa conquest and make a beeline to the teams in the division you are trying to complete. When you beat them you get a high gold prospect pack. I think those cards contribute like 25k each towards collections, I cant remember.
Or just buy a bunch of gold for 1000 on the market. That's what I did.

72-74s as long as you use buy orders it is very cheap
