Freeze off after pitcher injury

This is the second time this has happened to me in Battle Royale. A bouncer up the middle hit my opponents pitcher in the head and I get a prompt saying he is taken out of the game for injury. I hit X and then the game just freezes. Why is this even in the game? This is the only injury in the entire game and it is completely stupid. Get rid of it to end these dumb freezes us. The incompetence of the studio is insane! The same threads and the same complaints nonstop with nothing done and zero communication. Oh but here are some stubs sales and new packs! Time for a drink. Time to go outside its summer. F this game!
