Yes, they count. Showdown and moments are only types of innings that will not count.

It's how I am grinding for TA, I hate Showdown with a passion.

It does and it counts just as much for xp as any 9 inning online game. You can grind these much quicker. Most of last year I’d play one of these each day for innings and xp

I've been loading up squads with one team and playing a bunch of 9 inning games to burn through the TA missions. It's actually been kind of fun because it's forced me to use players I probably wouldn't while chasing the TA diamonds. Finished up Moncada and Vlad Jr. recently. Working on A's and Braves now.
