He’ll never be a small boy but I think they said he lost 30 pounds in the offseason and has improved his work ethic immensely

He is. went from 270-280 down to 230 or so. turning fat into a lot of extra muscle

On another note, I'm wondering if the Jays or ChiSox will make a play for Castellanos soon. Reds will probably trade him rather than waiting for him to opt out at the end of this season.

Jays already have too many outfielders. They will go hard after a starter and a reliever. Offense is fine. Especially with Springer back eventually

I would love for the White Sox to pick him up, a slugging outfielder is exactly what they need right now.

He’s been amazing and fun to watch. Still extremely young too. Alot of promise. I’m disappointed in Biggio this year. I thought he’d take a leap forward at the plate but it’s been brutal so far until he got injured
