Full Manual Control In Franchise not actually Manual

I play a Manually Controlled Simmed Franchise as an option as i always have for most of The Shows but i keep coming into some issues with it at the moment ....
Anyone else coming by the issue that CPU is still signing,added,removing players/ changing lineups and rotation/ even signing free agents, contract extensions, arbitration??
They do even more than that when all my settings are set to Manual control, it must be some type of bug that causes that to still be done automatically for you.
I just hope they look into that and fix that up because it takes away from the idea of even doing it.

Are you controlling all 30 teams? One profile or two?

One Profile, and only One team thats the way ive always done it. I dont mind the CPU making their own moves i just want to have Full Control of everything under my teams umbrella. it worked fine last year where i could run simulation franchises no problem. im just hoping its a bug at the moment.

Yes all set to manual it’s very odd .

I posted about this some time ago.
The problem seems to be with injuries. Even with injuries off, players still get injured and it doesn't matter what your settings are, the cpu will make changes for you.
The only way I've found to stop this is to play every single game without simming. Good luck with that.

Thats the only thing i could think of doing and thats where we are at, i definitely would like that to get patched up if possible because it sort of takes the fun out of it.
