You have to throw 75% screwballs and circle change. 25% FB/Curve
You’ll only throw the fastball when your opponent has slowed down his bat speed alot after seeing so many screwballs/changeups

Velocity isn't the end all be all
edit If you completely ignore the past few years of.. hell if I know what to call it. There was extreme velocity..scare the [censored] out batters,, Randy Johnson for example. Then you had the placement style Maddox, Mike Mussina had good velocity but was also considered pinpoint pitching compared to Jim Palmer. Grew up in MD
