RTTS save file disappears?

I went to save my rtts file, got an error code "0x8007000E". Wouldn't let me save or anything. Had to restart the console and now my saved file is just gone, not in the cloud or anything. I've already reached out to Xbox support and done all of their troubleshooting ideas and they said to reach out to SDS. I did, but does anyone else have any ideas for how to fix this and restore my save file that I've spent a ton of time on?

This happened to me as well.
As soon as it gives you the error and deletes your save, you immediately need to go to settings and use the 'upload to the cloud' option. Then you need to completely quit and restart the game. Then, click the X button on rtts and select 'download from cloud '. At this point you should be able to save the game normally.
Unfortunately for you, your game is gone. Sorry.
