Collections not counting

Filed my first ticket in regards to this April 26th but Oswalt was removed from my collections along with Harper, realmuto and Nola. Can’t advance collections for NL East, NL and now entire MLB. Now I have everything done besides that so it’s the only thing holding me back from chipper. Filed SEVEN tickets and still haven’t heard from them. Screenshots attached and everything. HELP ME

I have 2 Muncy and 2 Santander cards from the 42 series cards. They are non sellable and non exchangeable therefore I can't get 99 Jackie. Submitted a ticket weeks ago. I gave up. Oh well.

That sucks dude, I have seen some others getting their missing inventory stuff returned. However, they were saying they never got a response to their submitted ticket. They just logged on one day and it was back. This should be priority.

They got so many tickets to resolve, Who knows how many employees they have looking at the tickets, If it only 1 or 2 people that will take awhile to get everyone fixed. I am sure they have gotten hundreds to thousands of tickets, It is not good to submit multiple tickets for the same thing, They will see it as a duplicate and close it out or delete it.

I had a similar thing happen to me. The Marlins collection reward was removed from my inventory(among other common/bronze cards). It took them a few weeks but they finally got back to me and I had the Strange-Gordon card put back within a day. Lesson learned to lock those cards in as soon as I get them.
