McGriff 7/4 moment needs changes.

I know it's recreating a real life moment and that's fine.
It is difficult and I don't have a problem with that.
It's not easy getting 7 hits in 4 games, especially when 4 have to be XBH (likely homers).But, every game seems to be low scoring so he only gets 4 at bats and the Padres are at home and seem to win most every game I've seen so they don't bat in the 9th, obviously decreasing the chance of a 5th at bat, possibly even a 4th at bat.
It seems you have to get lucky given the number of lineouts and warning track outs you get on top of the foul shots
What really annoys me:
Getting HBP. I've played several hundred (probably 1000) vs cpu games on conquest, RTTS, vs cpu and I think I maybe got HBP once, ever. I get HBP in moments a stupid amount of times in relation to that.
It seems like every game I have at least one 3 ball count meaning you have to swing at every pitch after that since walks are useless. Realistic I guess, but you often really end up with only 3 at bats with a chance of doing something.
After each of the first 3 games you have to go back in the menus and reload the mission.
Given how difficult it is and how much luck can be involved, can't there be a restart option? PLEASE
So many times you know it's hopeless but have to play an entire game(s) just to be able to start over.So what if that means people would continually restart until game 1 is a great start?
That still doesn't guarantee you're going to complete the mission.
Or have a restart option after game 2. -
There is. Go to moments under single player mode. Allows you to just go to the next game after you finish one. To reset the moment hit right bumper

I was obviously going to the dailies through the program menu rather then the single player mode.Thank you!

Also let me control the runners. So many instances of the guy on 1st trots to 2nd and stops even if he has a 50/60% chance of getting to 3rd. Let me force him into running to 3rd so we aren't standing together on 2nd waiting for me to be tagged out.
And foul homers. Good lord the amount of times everywhere in this game I have ripped a wonderful looking hit, foul and then next hit will be a weak grounder, happens so often in moments.

Heh, I had a showdown final boss where I was down to 2 outs, winning run on first and he got picked off!
Nothing I did, I never touched a button. I couldn't believe it.
Fortunately, I had Freeman up and he homered 2 pitches later but that was ridiculous.It really seems that certain aspects, plays or whatever are intentionally designed into moments, showdowns, etc. to intentionally make them much more difficult then they need be, or to waste your time or to just [censored] you off on top of all the server problems.

Yeah, been there, done that too many times with stupid runners in front of you.
Foul homers....I'm not exaggerating when I say I am easily way over 100, could be in the hundreds.
But, that can be attributed to our not timing the pitches quite right, however there seems to be an insane # that go less then 10 feet foul as opposed to the very few that are barely fair..... -

Skip it and do the online missions. Prob could have had them half done by the time you typed that multi paragraph post.

Realistic I guess, but you often really end up with only 3 at bats with a chance of doing something..This is the problem with almost every hitter moment in general - when you are required to get X number of hits or X total bases - walks and 'good at bats' are liabilities rather then assets
The fact that its actively better for you to chase a pitch out of the zone or in the dirt because 1-2% chance that you get a squibber base hit or bloop one over the infield rather then take a walk is ludicrious

Of course you do...That would be why if I click on anything in online mode: Ranked Season or Battle Royal or Events or Casual I immediately get taken to a subscription page for Playstation Plus with a note at the top saying "you must have a PS plus subscription to play online."
So you either don't play online or didn't know you had subscribed to PS+? lol.
