I had an issue when linking my account to "the show". I was and still am linked to the PS4 but I had to unlink from "the show". Hope this can help you.

But why is it only DD? And why did playing RTTS negatively affect my login to DD? AND why can't they fix this? My son has an account and he can Play DD just fine. Probably because he never logged into RTTS.

Even though your internet is fine, it never hurts to reboot your router/modem and then do a connection test on your Playstation after the reboot.
Try unplugging your PlayStation from the wall for 15-30 seconds, reset your modem at the same time, also try clearing your cache

Unfortunately you will need to put in a ticket and wait.. Put in a bunch. You will get answered eventually.

If I unlink then I lose all packs and players which would defeat the purpose of paying for the Jackie Robinson version.
