Question about April Daily Moments Reward Path

Ok, so SDS gave everyone an opportunity to read Bronze Giambi, from the April Program, thus month because of the server issues.
But why didn't they give another opportunity to earn Diamond Alomar?
Is it because he isn't part of an Evolution program?

Besides that. And if it was that big of an issue; they would take him out of the game. Along with any other player that is accused of the same thing(s).
They won't remove cards people have already earned, we went through this last year with a certain RP.
But, he won't ever be in the game again moving forward. And I applaud that decision by both MLB for firing him, and SDS for following suit.

Probably because that [censored] was up for like 2 weeks and there was more than enough time to get him.

They did two years ago. They actually swapped the card out for a different player.

Only if you asked, other wise he was still available to be used by anyone who had the card.
