    Had one in for 9 days now. Got your canned email promising a response in 5 business days.

    Trust me, I’m a customer you want to keep by giving some kind of at least half a** customer service. 🤦‍♂️

    That’s when you hire more people to help catch up. They caused this issue, they need to invest in more help to get it rectified

    I’ve lost more stubs and diamond cards this year than I have every year combined. And it’s all developer game error. I try to give the benefit of the doubt but this isn’t a new IP. Cyberpunk was a new IP so unfortunately gamers are accustomed to dealing with launch issues. But the stuff we are dealing with from SDS and ‘21 is maddening. Yes I know they had to launch on a new console. But server stuff, I mean come on. It’s not like online gaming on a consoles is a new thing. We are 20+ years at this point of mainstream online console gaming. The nonsense with RTTS and equipment or stats failing to track is beyond a “bug”. How many of us lost significant stubs because of quick sell only selling 25 before we noticed it. I have 4 tickets open with screenshots of diamonds I had gone missing.

    No response and that is the most disappointing thing. The absolute lack of community contact on SDS part. I’ve never seen devs act so smug and indifferent to so many consumer concerns. But it’s not all Sony SDS fault. Sony deserves some as does MLB for forcing SDS and Sony’s hand.

    The end of the day video games are supposed to be fun. I’ve yet to have any real fun with this years baseball offering.

    I submitted 3 and 2 have been answered the last 2 days, of course the most important is still remaining. It seems they are catching up, mine appear to be answering in reverse order of submitting. It’s taken about 3 weeks, but they did correct and gave me a few packs.

    I put in a ticket the Tuesday after release, for march to october, I got a response the end of last week that they are looking into it. Does not matter now cause I finished the TA division the MTO was for, lol.

    I put one in on April 28th and crickets my guy. I’ve emailed back twice and not a single message back
