2nd Inning - 40,000 XP Reward?

So I have just about 50,000 XP's in the 2nd inning program......but it's not giving my the "Headliner 2" pack you get at 40,000 XPs. Which is the 90 OVR CJ Abrams and a Seattle Mariner jersey.
I backed out a few times and even tried playing a few extra 'moments'....but it still hasn't given them to me....
Am I not doing something right? TIA

The servers went down a while ago. Hopefully when they go up of they aren't already your pack will be there.

I think I figured it out....that 40k pack wasn't a "GUARANTEED" 90 OVR CJ Abrams....but just a chance at him. If that's the case...I got doo-doo!

Yes you get the pack not the card. The card is in that pack but not guaranteed.

Yeah I got nothing out of the pack too. But that was what I expected. Headliner packs have been awful for me.
