Stubs count is different on my phone

I noticed when I’m on the community market on my phone it says I have around 45k stubs but when I’m on my Xbox series x it says 53k.
So I thought well maybe it hasn’t updated yet on my phone but when I make a transaction for 53k on my phone is says I sufficient stubs but on my Xbox it lets me.
Has anyone else experience this ? I’m

Yes, when logged in on my phone the stub balance is lower than when in game. Been like that since day 1 for me....
