-5 speed on players

In franchise all my players have -5 speed in game.
Have checked the coach attributes and its a wash on the +/- and it doesnt seem to be linked to player stamina
jus wondering if anyone else has noticed this?

I have seen -3 speed for no apparent reason. There doesn't seem to be anything you can do about it, except edit the player(s) back to what they were. I've decided to leave it alone and do nothing. I don't take this game seriously, and neither should you, in my opinion.
