Ballplayer Appearance

Every time I access the program for my ballplayer, his appearance changes to some weird default. Tired of changing it back every time...anyone else seeing this issue?

Same. Tired of it as well. This launch has been rough. The worst yet. Obviously SDS is struggling with the extra workload, while working through a pandemic.
The servers are a pain too.

Dido on the servers. Went to play after my wife had gone to bed and not even 10 minutes after she left I got booted from the servers, again..!! Seems to be a repetitive cycle. As for the player appearance. I have the exact same issue. No matter what I try every time I go to my loadout, (Program), my equipment gets changed back to default it seems. Tired of switching my compression sleeve back to my right arm and having to change my batting gloves from 1 to 2. Equipment never stays the way I put it. So I definitely feel your pain.

Use the middle button on the controller to go into the program/loadout screen. Don’t worry about what the equipment looks like on the loadout screen as it will always be the default. The appearance stays how you make it. It has never changed my gear back to the default going in through this way.

Just about every time I play my equipment is off. My player is often missing a batting glove and my glasses are removed. I've read that if you set it up on your character (upper left corner) before starting a play mode, it'll fix it but that has not been the case for me.
